Welcome to Ollie & Fox Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Ollie & Fox Studio. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Throughout this website, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Ollie & Fox Studio.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.
1. Overview
Ollie & Fox Studio is an Australian online art studio offering premium canvas artwork, including both open edition and limited edition collections, created by artist Stephanie Duffieux.
All artworks are produced on a made-to-order basis, meaning each piece is custom printed and prepared specifically for the customer after an order is placed.
By purchasing from Ollie & Fox Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian;
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided;
- All information supplied is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion where fraud, pricing errors, stock limitations, or misuse of our website is suspected.
3. Made-To-Order Artwork
All products sold by Ollie & Fox Studio are custom made to order.
Each artwork is individually printed and professionally produced once an order has been placed. Because of the customised nature of our products, customers are asked to carefully review all selections before completing checkout, including:
- Artwork choice
- Size selection
- Canvas finish
- Frame style and colour
- Shipping details
As our artworks are custom produced specifically for you, we do not accept cancellations once production has commenced.
4. Limited Edition & Open Edition Artwork
Ollie & Fox Studio offers both Open Edition and Limited Edition artworks.
Limited Edition Artwork
Selected artworks are released as limited edition print runs and are restricted to a maximum of 65 editions across all available sizes and finishes.
The edition allocation applies to the artwork as a whole and is not separated by size, format, or frame finish. Customers may choose from available sizes and presentation options, including Rolled Canvas, Stretched Canvas, and Framed Canvas finishes.
Each limited edition artwork is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity and a unique edition number.
Once all 65 editions of a limited edition artwork have been sold, that artwork will be permanently retired and will not be reproduced in any size or finish.
Open Edition Artwork
Open edition artworks are not limited in quantity and may remain available for future purchase unless discontinued.
We reserve the right to retire, discontinue, or modify artwork collections at any time without notice.
5. Product Images, Colours & Natural Variations
We make every effort to display artwork colours, textures, framing options, and finishes as accurately as possible.
However, customers acknowledge that:
- Colours may vary slightly between digital screens and final printed artwork;
- Monitor, mobile, and tablet settings may affect colour appearance;
- Lighting conditions may alter how artwork appears in a space;
- Natural timber frames may display subtle grain, tone, and finish variations.
Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or framing characteristics are considered normal and do not constitute a fault.
Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing, framing, and colour selections carefully before purchase.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to update pricing, product details, promotions, or product availability at any time without notice.
Payment must be successfully processed before production of your order begins.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, Ollie & Fox Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse the affected order and issue a refund if payment has already been processed.
7. Production & Shipping
Ollie & Fox Studio currently ships Australia-wide only.
Free Australia-Wide Delivery
We proudly offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders.
Production & Delivery Timeframes
As every artwork is custom printed to order, please allow approximately:
7–14 business days production + shipping timeframes may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:
- Production demand
- Public holidays
- Courier delays
- Regional or remote delivery locations
- Seasonal periods and peak demand
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, Ollie & Fox Studio is not liable for shipping delays outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all artworks are custom produced specifically for each customer.
Please choose carefully before placing an order.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect artwork selection
- Incorrect size or frame selection
- Preference changes after purchase
- Sale or promotional items
- Variations in screen colour appearance
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To request assistance, please email hello@ollieandfoxstudio.com.au with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damage or issue
- Images of any damaged packaging
- A brief description of the concern
Where an issue is verified, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Claims submitted outside the 24-hour timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where goods are faulty, significantly different from their description, or fail to meet consumer guarantees.
9. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All artwork, imagery, website content, branding, product descriptions, graphics, and designs remain the intellectual property of Ollie & Fox Studio and artist Stephanie Duffieux.
Artwork may not be:
- Reproduced
- Copied
- Resold
- Distributed
- Modified
- Used for commercial purposes
without prior written permission.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes;
- Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security;
- Copy or misuse website content;
- Use our content for resale or commercial gain without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse is identified.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ollie & Fox Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:
- Website interruptions
- Delayed shipping
- Third-party courier delays
- Product misuse
- Colour variations due to screen settings
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product where required by law.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information for order fulfilment, customer support, and marketing communications where consent has been provided.
13. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon publication to our website.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
