Each artwork is thoughtfully created and produced to order, ensuring every piece is crafted with care and intention before arriving in your home. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Australia-Wide Shipping

We proudly offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

At this stage, Ollie & Fox Studio ships within Australia only.

Made-To-Order Production

All Ollie & Fox Studio artworks are made to order, meaning your artwork is professionally produced after your order is placed.

Because every piece is custom created specifically for you, production time is required prior to dispatch.

Please allow approximately:

7–14 business days production + shipping timeframes may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.

Production and shipping times may vary during peak periods, promotional launches, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, production of your artwork will begin.

As each piece is custom printed, framed, and prepared to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Your location within Australia
  • Regional or remote delivery areas
  • Courier processing times
  • Public holidays and peak seasonal demand
  • Weather events or transport disruptions

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Ollie & Fox Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Ollie & Fox Studio is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the artwork.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@ollieandfoxstudio.com.au and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • Images of any damaged packaging
  • A brief description of the concern

Where an issue is confirmed, we will assess the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement where applicable.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at:

We will work with the shipping provider to assist in locating your order where possible.
