ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Inspired by the bold, architectural form of the bird of paradise flower, Strelitzia No.2 celebrates natural elegance through an expansive contemporary botanical composition. This wide horizontal landscape-format artwork showcases a detailed bird of paradise bloom emerging across the canvas in layers of cream, soft terracotta, and warm clay tones. The sharp lines of the petals create a striking, panoramic focal point against a dramatic backdrop of deep chocolate brown, espresso, and rich mocha. An intricate mosaic pattern of geometric tiles grounds the side, beautifully layered with delicate textures, cream dot details, and metallic copper ribbons that wrap gracefully across the wide canvas.
Part of the Terracotta Reverie collection, this artwork embraces a warm, cozy interplay of organic flora and structured geometric lines. Its horizontal layout and deep, chocolate brown earth-driven palette bring a sense of grounding warmth, rich character, and timeless sophistication to wide statement walls, hanging beautifully above dining tables, long consoles, bedheads, or living room sofas.

Printed on premium 340 gsm museum-quality satin canvas using archival pigment inks for exceptional colour reproduction and longevity. The subtle satin surface enhances the artwork's rich colour, crisp detail and tonal depth while preserving the character of the original digital design. Available rolled (unframed), stretched or framed to suit your space and preferred finish.
